1. What happens after the 7-day free trial?
If you were able to log in to our e-learning platform during your free trial period, you will be able to access the course’s remaining units if you decide the course is a good fit for your needs and register for it by paying the first month’s fee within 5 business days of your free trial. If you decide not to finish the course, your access to the e-learning platform will be deactivated 5 business days after the end of your free trial period. Finding the right course, we believe, is the first step toward success.
2. How can I register for a course?
To register for a course, fill out and submit the Online Course Registration form for a 7-day free trial. If you require any additional information prior to registering, please contact us at admin@englishrealm.ca. We will gladly provide course information, registration assistance, and respond to your inquiries.
3. How can I access my course on your e-learning platform?
You will be able to access your course on our e-learning platform by the date specified in the email you will receive after submitting the Online Course Registration form. If you are enrolled in a course but cannot access it, it might be due to a late payment. We will authorize your access within 5 business days of receiving your payment.
4. If I pay for a course, will I be automatically enrolled in it?
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment. You will then receive an email from admin@englishrealm.ca with your course login information, which you will use to access your course on our e-learning platform. You are expected to login to our e-learning platform on the first day of your 7-day free trial, using the username and password that were emailed to you upon registration.
5. When will I be able to access my course on your e-learning platform?
Soon after submitting your Online Course Registration Form, you will receive an email with detailed information about your course start date. Our courses typically start on the first of the month. For example, if you submit your registration form on September 14th, your 7-day free trial will begin on October 1st.
6. What makes English Realm’s e-learning experience unique?
We use e-learning technology and applications that support social and interactive learning. This allows you to be self-directed in your English learning when completing assignments, taking practice quizzes, receiving guidance and feedback from the trainer, as well as interacting with others. Depending on your study plan, you will also have weekly live group or individual sessions with your trainer.
7. Is there an age limit for learning English?
While there are benefits to learning English at a young age, you are never too old to learn a new language or develop any other new skill. In fact, because we have incorporated all of the latest technology into the design of our courses, you will be able to speak English fluently much faster.
8. What do you mean by saying “21st century education”?

Some of the most visible components of 21st century education are critical thinking and problem-solving, authentic life-long learning, and effective appropriate use of technology, as well as cross-disciplinary collaboration. 9. How does your methodology optimize English mastery?
We acknowledge that our learners’ participation in a course implies achieving specific goals, which can range from social, such as socializing in English and meeting new friends, to educational, such as preparing for a degree program through our Academic English courses, or occupational, such as improving spoken proficiency through our Specialized English courses so that they can confidently pursue a better-paying job.
