1. What happens after the 7-day free trial?
If you were able to log in to our e-learning platform during your free trial period, you will have access the remaining modules if we determine that the course is a good fit for your needs based on your pre-assessment. Registration is advisable only after you receive a confirmation email from admin@englishrealm.ca stating that the course is suitable for you.
You will be able to register for the course by purchasing a Study Plan within 5 business days following your free trial. If you decide not to register for the course, your access to the e-learning platform will be deactivated 5 business days after the end of your free trial period.
2. How can I register for a course?
To register for a course, you will need to choose a Study Plan and complete the transation within 5 business days following your free trial period. You will receive a email confirmation within 2 business days of your course registration. If you need more information prior to registering, please contact us at admin@englishrealm.ca.
3. How can I access my course on the e-learning platform?
You will be able to access your course on the e-learning platform by the date specified in the email you will receive following your registration. If you have registered for a course but cannot access it, your registration may have been submitted after the deadline of 5 business day following the free trial. In this case, please contact us by email. We will review your request and provide access within 2 business days after receiving your inquiry.
4. If I register for a free trial, will I be automatically enrolled in a course?
You will receive an email from admin@englishrealm.ca with your course login information. You will use this information to access your free trial course on our e-learning platform.
Your 7-day free trial begins on the day you first log in to the platform. To access your course, log in using the username and temporary password provided in the email. When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to create a new password.
4. Can I purchase a study plan for a different course after my free trial?
Yes. If you would like to switch to a different course after your free trial, please contact us by email to complete the pre-assessment for the new course. Once we review your pre-assessment and confirm that the course is suitable for your learning needs, you will be advised to purchase a study plan for the course.
6. What makes English Realm’s e-learning experience unique?
We use e-learning technology and applications that support social and interactive learning. This allows you to be self-directed in your English learning when completing assignments, taking practice quizzes, receiving guidance and feedback from the trainer, as well as interacting with others. Depending on your study plan, you will also have weekly live group or individual sessions with your trainer.
7. Is there an age limit for learning English?
While there are many benefits to learning English at a young age, it is never too late to learn a new language or develop a new skill. With our proven instructional methods and the latest technology, you will improve your English skills and become fluent more quickly and confidently.
