- Develop a value proposition, complete a Lean Canvas, and differentiate a business idea within the Canadian market.
Create an Investment-Ready Business Plan
- Define a target market using demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral segmentation
- Write a professional business plan (7 sections) with a compelling executive summary
